RETURNS OF WEB PURCHASES:
Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Lafayette Shooters Wilderness and Western Wear will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund AND pay the return shipping cost on all merchandise found defective upon receipt. You must call Lafayette Shooters Wilderness and Western Wear in order to receive a return authorization number. The return authorization number MUST be printed clearly on the outside of the package. If a return package is delivered without a return authorization number it will be sent back to the return address as charge on delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange to have the merchandise shipped back. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN PACKAGES TO THE ADDRESS ON THE BOX AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR RETURN AND ISSUE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

VERY IMPORTANT - FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturers warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE INSTORE:
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all product tags attached, and in resalable condition.
WITHOUT A RECEIPT we will issue an exchange or store credit at the lowest selling price of the season, apart from any exceptions listed.
WITH A RECEIPT and within 30 days of the original purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund or store credit, apart from any exceptions listed.
All Undergarments and Swimsuits may not be returned or exchanged.
Mouth Calls or Whistles may not be returned or exchanged.
Ammunition or Powder may not be returned or exchanged.
Once a scope has been mounted on a firearm, neither the firearm nor the scope may be returned or exchanged.
A 25% deposit will be forfeited on lay-a-ways left over 90 days.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned special order merchandise that we do not stock.
Defective merchandise can only be returned within 90 days of purchase and is subject to manufacturer’s policies. Receipts are required with defective footwear returns.

If the gun has not been fired and within 30 days of purchase:

- Store Credit- Retail Price
If the gun has been fired and within 30 days of purchase:
- 50% off retail price
- Sale and Clearance guns are non-refundable.
