Return Policy

• With a receipt and within 30 days, we will promptly issue a full refund or store credit apart from any exceptions* listed below.
• Without a receipt, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
• All CLEARANCE marked items are final. No returns or exchanges.
• All financing purchases are final. No returns and/or exchanges.
• Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with all product tags attached, and in a resalable condition.
• Cash will only be issued to cash/check payments as notated on original receipt.
• All Credit/Debit cards will be credited on the card used for that purchase.
• Defective Merchandise can only be returned within 60 days of purchase and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies.
• All footwear including but not limited to: Waders, Boots, Shoes, Slippers and/or Slip on style shoes are subject to manufacturers warranty including inspection and approval from the manufacturer for returns and/or exchanges. 

• Items on a gift receipt will either be issued store credit or exchanged.
• All undergarments, swimsuits, mouth calls, whistles, ammunition, powder, primers and/or special orders may not be returned/exchanged.
• Once a scope has been mounted on a firearm, the firearm nor the scope may be returned or exchanged.

FIREARM RETURN POLICY

• If the firearm has not been fired & is within 15 days of purchase the refunded amount will be 20% off of purchase price.
• For a full refund Lafayette Shooters store credit will be issued.
• ALL Sale/Clearance guns are non-refundable.
• NFA items are non-refundable. (Denied NFA applications will incur a 25% restocking fee)
• Denied background checks for firearms will incur a 10% restocking fee.
